This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through this website, including digital products, services, programs, coaching, ebooks, training plans, experiences, and other products or services made available by Synergy Growth.


Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks, training plans, downloadable documents, videos, online content, or immediate access to digital materials, are provided electronically.

As digital products are delivered immediately or become accessible after payment, the right to return or receive a refund may not apply, where legally permitted, especially when access or download has already started or been completed.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are purchasing a digital product with immediate or differentiated access, as described on the relevant sales page.

Services

In the case of services, coaching, consultancy, programs, or sessions, the cancellation, rescheduling, and possible refund conditions will be those indicated on the service page or in the related commercial communication.

Unless otherwise specifically stated:

  • Cancellations communicated with reasonable notice may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows, withdrawals after the start of the service, or partial use may not be eligible for a refund.

Experiences, Retreats, and Events

Where applicable, participation in experiences, retreats, or events may be subject to specific cancellation, transfer, or refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase or on the relevant service page.

Costs related to bookings, accommodation, third parties, or expenses already incurred may not be refundable.

Exceptions

  • There has been improper use, copying, sharing, or breach of the terms of use.
