Under the applicable legislation, consumers may refer disputes to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities in an attempt to resolve the matter out of court.


Competent Entities

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the legally competent Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centres, depending on their geographical area or the nature of the dispute.

European Platform

Where applicable, the consumer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
