Orders for physical products are shipped via national postal services (e.g. CTT) or courier companies, selected according to the destination, volume, and type of product ordered.

Delivery times

For mainland Portugal, the usual delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days after payment confirmation. For the Autonomous Regions or international shipments, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed on each product page and/or at checkout.

Shipping information

After the order has been dispatched, the customer is informed by email and may receive a tracking code whenever available.

Carrier selection

The choice of transport service is made by the La Coach Diana team, taking into account the best balance between cost, delivery time, and shipping security.

Digital Products

Digital products (ebooks, plans, upgrades, etc.) are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, either by email or through access in the customer area.
