With this upgrade, in addition to receiving your plan in PDF format, you will also have it available in your TrainingPeaks account so you can follow it more easily in your day-to-day training.

• Simple organisation of your training on mobile or desktop.

• A more practical way to track your progress throughout the plan.

How it works:

• After purchase, you will receive an email with activation instructions.

• You must provide the email address linked to your TrainingPeaks account.

• Your plan will be available on the platform within up to 48 working hours after your details are confirmed.

• If you do not yet have an account, you can create a free TrainingPeaks account.

Important note:

• This product is an add-on to the main PDF plan.

• Valid only for customers who have purchased a compatible main plan.

• TrainingPeaks offers a free version, so you do not need a Premium plan to use this service.
